Frequently asked questions

Do you repair glasses? How long does it take?

Yes. We repair hinges, temples and nose pads, and fit spare parts. How long it takes depends on the problem, so bring the glasses in or message us on LINE (@comeonoptic) and we can tell you before you come.

Do I need an appointment for an eye test?

No appointment is needed. Walk in any day between 10:00 and 20:00.

Is the eye exam really free?

Yes, the eye examination is free, with no obligation to buy.

Can you make new lenses for my existing frame?

Yes. Bring your frame in and we will check its condition first — if it is still in good shape and not bent out of alignment, we can fit new lenses to it.

How long does it take to make new glasses?

Standard lenses are cut in about 20 minutes while you wait. High-index thin lenses are not kept in stock and are ordered from the lab, which takes 3–5 days.

How much do a pair of glasses cost?

A complete pair starts at ฿990 — a frame from ฿490 with multicoat lenses at ฿500 per pair. Most of our customers are students, so prices are kept student-friendly. Thinner or specialised lenses cost more; ask us on LINE (@comeonoptic) for a price that matches your prescription.

Is there a discount if I come back?

Yes. Link your LINE account to a membership and you get 10% off every purchase, not just the first one, for as long as the account stays linked. Signing up takes a minute at the counter or at comeonoptic.com/member.

Do you speak English?

Yes — we can help you in English. If you prefer to write, message us on LINE (@comeonoptic) before you come.

Is there parking?

No dedicated parking lot. Free street parking is available in front of and around the shop, and spaces are usually easy to find.

What are your opening hours?

We are open every day from 10:00 to 20:00.
